I'm working on recovering. Muscles are sore, right knee is killing me and I almost separated my left shoulder on the 9 foot wall. Had to do the last 1.5 miles with my arm in my camelbak strap as a sling. the 100 meter low crawl. up hill, under the barb wire was painful pulling with my left arm. Then I had to do 30 one arm burpies because I couldn't do the rope climb and another 30 right after that because I couldn't do the 45 degree wall with rope. LOL Found out that the Virginia Super is the second toughest course they have. Frick'n thing was no joke.

Before pic

After pic (When we got home)

Waiting them to post up the on-course pictures. The photographer at the end stopped me to take a picture of me using my camelbak strap as a sling.

Damn JJ, that doesn't sound like retirement. You need a few more lessons from Steve and Dana. Maybe they'll throw in some tips on how to hold yourself together as well. Way to tough it out though.

If you plan on doing this next year, I think I may tag along. Gives me something to strive for and make my workouts worth something.

If you haven't done one, you don't want this one to be your first. I would like to do back-to-back Trifectas.

I'm probably going to pick one up from http://www.oliversdriveshaft.com/ they're about 30 minutes from me but thanks for the suggestion.

Probably time for an alignment is all. My front tires cup like that all the time. I wouldn't say that it's way out. Those BFGs do that. I usually just put them on the back.
