How much more power can be had out of the 4.6 from the 435 that it has now

YOu can usually get 450-480 at the wheels before you start to worry about breaking internals. Think jeff dyno'd at 485 with a kenne bell and pro dyno tuned it down a little for reliability from there.

Smaller pulley and a Pro-Dyno tune would be a good start.

Installed Pertronix Ignitor, replaces points and condensor. Quick install and keeps the stock distributor, can't tell it's been upgraded from outside.
