I'm looking at changing a blend door actuator that goes click click click when I turn the key on. Fortunately it' the bottom one so I don't have to pull the dash clear apart to get to it. I've also got a problem with the oil life monitor, it stays at 100% all the time. I've tried disconnecting the battery but that didn't do anything. Anyone else have this problem?

I had an actuator go bad. I know my oil life monitor doesn't really work, that or I am consistently driving where it runs down at 5k exactly.

Look what I found in the transmission case of the new jeep!

Just the lower 2x4. Also those chunks on the right side. More to be found I'm sure as this is just the tail housing portion with the 5th gear assembly. Can't wait till.I get to the crunchy ones (3/4)!

So I found more crud. The front bearing shield/seal seperate in the retainer case and rattled around for idk how long. I've found more chunks of stuff, these belonging to the gear hubs. O and here's what the 3/4 synchros look like compared to a new one.

Nice work Clint.

Replaced upper and lower control arms, tie rod ends, idler arm, strut rod bushings and sway bar end links and insulators on Lola today. For a while I didn't think we would get a couple of the tie rod ends free. But a bugger hammer was just what the doctor ordered. Had my dad helping guide the way. Having a blast with him.

Thanks. All ground to a hault, gotta make or buy a tool for the press.

You couldn't get a pitman arm puller on it? Rentals at amy of the 3 auto stores. Hammer is pretty fun though.
