What are you working on?
Had a very busy weekend. I washed, clayed, buffed, glazed, sealed and waxed Daniela's car and also color matched her calipers and painted the hats of the rotors black to make them look nice. Had to get it all done before she got back from Italy. Overall, I'm happy with my first real attempt at buffing out a car. I got the swirls out and maybe some of the minor scratches, but there's still some scratches that are probably from car washes from the previous owner. Either they will require wet sanding or they might require a more aggressive compound than what I have and feel comfortable using. The compound I used was Chemical Guys V32. Please pardon the low-light phone pics.

I use it with a Porter Cable 7424.

I used CG V34 compound and V38 polish recently. I liked both with the exception of the compound, cuts nicely but dries quickly. I had to keep a spray bottle with water to keep it working like I wanted it.
