Thanks!

Would be nice to have a company car and not have to drive my Mustang every day.

Working on moving chairs...

We had a young woman killed in a car accident last week. She was a friendly acquaintance of mine I guess, not necessarily friends, but we ran in a lot of the same circles. Our small town has done its best to pull together. Me and a dozen or so other guys have moved and set up around 1000 folding chairs in the last couple of days.

Been working on the car this week....had some swirl marks and couldn't stand it anymore. Used 3M step#3 then sealed it...pretty pleased with the results.... now going to get the Surface Care treatment that Ford offers.... guaranteeing the finish on a used car for 5 years!

I didn't know Ford offered something like that. Is it a ceramic coating or something along those lines?

I just changed the spark plugs in an '08 with the V6. Only hard part was pulling off the boots; I guess they didn't use boot grease at the factory. I wiped down the plug threads with anti-sieze and put boot protector in the boots and on the plugs. I forgot how hard on the back it is to lean over the car for that long! Getting old. :-) Oh, the car has 75K and the plugs looked good but the gap was getting too big. Started right up and purred like a kitten. Used the Motorcraft plugs per the recommendations from this Forum.
