Cool. I've been thinking about going with Lund as well. Going back and forth on whether or not to do their Flex Fuel tune since E85 is nearly non-existent around me.

Yeah same. I ended up just going straight 93. I DD my car and there really isn't a lot of E85, plus with the E85 it is suggested to change the injectors and I didn't want to so 93 octane is fine by me.

From what I've read, you can go FF with the stock injectors as long as you don't go with the GT350 intake manifold. But regardless of that, I'll probably just do the normal 93 tune. I'm curious to hear your impressions once you install yours.

I won't be able to give you impressions of just the tune since I will be installing a GT350 IM as well today. Either way I'll have something posted this weekend about my thoughts.

Ok so everything is installed. I have/had one issue. I snapped the long bolt attaching the fuel rails. I don't have the tools or know how to get it out. I'm assuming I need to bring it to the shop.

I'm also having a stumbling/stall issue on first startup which only started after I got gas. Was fine at first startup though. Odd. After that it's fine. The car runs like a raped ape right now and the top end is incredible.

Edit: Fixed my stumbling/stall issue it seems. I didn't transfer over the old o ring from the stock manifold to the throttle body adapter. D'oh. Everything seems to be running fine now.

Hello all, hope you had a good 4th. I know I don't post much and technically I'm no longer a Carolina MF'R since I moved to GA at the beginning of the year but those guys aren't near as active.

What have I done lately? Well since I'm in an Atlanta Metro county I had to get the Mustang to pass an emission inspection which means no CEL. So I replaced the MAF, PCV Valve and Front O2 sensors (rear O2s were already replaced) and the light has gone away.

I ordered new seat foam from LMR and leather seat covers from Richmond Auto Upholstery. I intended to start that this week but it'll be delayed some since the Mustang is in the shop for an overheating issue and nothing is obviously wrong. I hope it isn't the water pump but the car has 198K miles on it so we'll see.

ETA: I test drove a 2016 GT with the performance package over the weekend. What a ride!

Dan, glad you are happy with the intake, got any pics? Not sure of the difference between stock and the GT350 IM. By the way, how does a raped ape run?

Gadgetech, thanks for checking in. Sounds like you are settling in nicely, keep us updated on the work.

I spent under $100 and bolted on what has to be at least 50 HP, haven't driven it yet but I am sure that number is pretty much spot on.

Got it from a company called Hot Rod Shift *****. A buddy was buying a shift **** for his rat rod and I stumbled on it and couldn't resist.

Alan that shift **** looks awesome. Great addition. I'll get some pics up sometime this week. For now I need to find someone who can help me with my broken bolt.
