We ate at The Pit Sunday and I stumbled across these guys in downtown Raleigh, Boyettes Machine Shop. If they can't do it I bet they can help you find someone. They look like an old school machine shop, heads and intakes all over the place.

Thanks Alan I'll check them out.

Do you have a pic of you with a scythe/sickle out there in the wheat?

Oh, yeah, at least.

Fortunately for me I'm not working on anything right now automotive wise. We went to PA for the 4th and had a great weekend except for the rain cancelling the fireworks.

While we were there we went to the church that Mary's family helped build and her uncle, who is a priest (obviously) performed a blessing ceremony for us and for her brother who just got married a few months ago.

If we had opted for the big wedding it would have been here, with her uncle officiating, with more people attending than would have fit inside. This way she gets what she wants without all the headaches.

Back to work today and this weekend I get to crawl under the house and replace a water filter.

Chris, good luck with the harvest. Is that a round the clock operation?

Larry, that's awesome. I am really happy for you guys.

Not using a scythe. I might scare people since I wear a black robe and all.

Alan, close to round the clock. Starting work around 5 am and running a sprayer until noon or so. Then weighing and dumping trucks until 10. Get up the next day and do it again. 8-10 days left.
