"Snakes vs the Snake Mountain cruise- March 23, 2013 -- NC/TN/VA

Who is up for 489 curves in 33 miles, 3 mountains, and 1 valley cruise? The cruise will be on March 23, 2013. The cruise will start in Hickory, NC go to Bristol TN/VA and back to I40 via Hwy 58. If you would like to come and be a part of the pack, post here."


The cruise starts and ends in Hickory. This will be a long cruise but some great NC mountain roads. I think we are going to try to make it, anyone want to join the fun?

Departure Time - 9:30 AM.

Arby's doesn't open until 10:00 AM on Saturday. Get breakfast, gas and a bio break before you arrive.

This will depend on weapons testing. Right now it's scheduled for the 23rd, but might be changed.

Yeah, kinda interesting it is. For the travelers from the east, at least it gets you headed in the home direction.

I was mistaken, Robbie's route starts and ends in Hickory. There would be options if you wanted to do most of the run and head back towards 77 through Sparta. Here is a link to the map and the turn by turn for the trip.

3. Turn right onto State Rd 1107
