Looks like a JD model, produced between 1915 and 1924. Older than a '25 model because in '25 they went to their teardrop tanks, and newer than a '15 because it has the 3 speed transmission introduced in '16.

Cape, serape, duster, bandolier all kinda fit together......still trying to put the fedora and walking stick in with those.

We definitely need a pic of you with a fedora and walking stick, that would be classic.
