So if I cancel my health insurance the government will penalize me right? If I pay the fine can I then take the government to court and force THEM to provide me health insurance? I mean at that point shouldn't they have to justify their collection.
I'm getting tired of sending Anthem a mortgage payment every month for basically catastrophic coverage...
