Vice President/Co-Moderator Nomination Thread
Hello Carolina Chapter Crew:
So, seeing as we've grown to a pretty decent size and I'll be in Ireland for the next 5 months (I'll still be around, but not sure how much until I get situated), I think we should have nominations for a VP in order to have someone to be here for the meets while I'm abroad as well as help with the organization and clean-up of the forum.
I've been holding out on this so that we could find someone in the eastern part of our region in order to bolster our numbers over that direction (someone in Myrtle Beach, Charleston, etc. who is very active in the chapter). The majority of our activity occurs in the western part of NC with a bit in upstate SC. Given the circumstances at this point, however, I feel like we should just go with what we have and choose someone (not that we are lacking in great people for the job).
It was my intention to endorse Steve (SHOHORSE) but he wasn't interested in the position. So, I think we have a number of people who would be great for the job and I'll let everyone decide!
So, with that said, I'll open up the floor for nominations. We'll run it with a second entering someone into the voting which we'll start soon. If you are nominated, I'll send you a PM to confirm your interest in the position.

I think you would do a fine job. I haven't been here long, but you've always been quick to respond to my questions. You're definitely knowledgeable about Mustangs. You have my vote. First MF, then the White House!

Now that I think about it, HT you're leaving. No disrespect but why don't we have a new President and a new VP? Seems only right and fair to the group, if you can't make events and you're not posting as much then its not right for you to be the President. Typically Car clubs will vote every few years for a new president anyways and for the last few years you haven't been able to make a lot of the events. Put someone else in this position that can contribute more, only fair.
