Plasti dip

I thought about that and when I first started messing with it I was using it to decide what style of stripe I wanted. I tried a couple of different styles before settling on what I have now. I figure that if it does fade I will just get some vinyl stripes or have some stripes painted on.
The car is garaged most of the time so I doubt it would have faded much if any in the year and a half.
I've thought about the Gunmetal Gray for the wheels instead of black. Might try that this spring sometime/

I have the Anthracite True Metallic and a can of gloss to give it a gunmetal look. The wheel repair company wanted $800 to fix my wheels of their pitting and curb rash, so I told them not to worry about it, I'll buy $50 worth of Plasti and make them look new and different.

Why not both? Just buy two cans of each (correct me if I'm wrong on quantities Dave) and do one wheel each way and look at it, then peel off the one you don't like and order more paint.
Off my head, I'd go with gloss though, Ive seen some stock style rims that have large flat areas in matte black and it kinda looks like its coated in brake dust. The gloss would eliminate that look, but its your car so do what you like.

Plastidip is great because it's almost impossible to make a mistake. I keep hearing people talk about it but I still haven't gone to get any. I know I want to do the emblems, but I'd considered the stock wheels. I just wonder if it would make them look even more crappy... decisions decisions! Guess I need to do one and see!
