Anyone know where those show boards are made or who makes them?

I've heard of Car Show Depot. Not sure of any local companies though. I think Car Show Depot is more of an online presence.

Do you have something specific in mind aesthetic wise? Because I bet a bunch of us here could Photoshop something pretty cool and you could get it framed for a similar effect, but if you're looking for the ground stand kind of setup I think the above company might be your best bet.
