She had a central line put in, but it's infected and she is on antibiotics. So of course her treatment is being put on hold until the infection is gone. I think I told y'all she will be going in a clinical trial study. Every other Monday she will go in for a 5 hour treatment session then sent home with a flask attached to the line. On Wednesday she will go back and have it removed, then lather, rinse repeat. This is will go for 3 months and if the tumor has shrunk they will do surgery, if not she will have to undergo the traditional chemo/radiation mix. The good news is that the PET scan came back and there is no other cancer in her body.
