Default Paint options in greater COLA area

Looking for a referral or two for a decent paint shop or "out of the garage" guy to have some work done. Need the front bumper cover I'm getting ready to order sprayed and slapped on.

Anyone have someplace they'd recommend?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the thread Jeff. Unfortunately, looks like there was only one recommendation in that thread, which is in Hickory, NC. That's a hump from Cola for a bumper spray lol.

Hoping somebody local knows a pro that does it out of his garage for side money. Back when I lived in Ohio, I had a guy across the bridge in WV that sprayed locomotives all day long for the railroad. In the evenings, he did custom auto paint work out of his separate 4 car garage/paint booth. Very clean work, and priced well too as he had no "big business" overhead. That was a great guy to have in the cellphone contacts list.

At this point though, I'd be happy with some success stories, even if it's in the big business locales. Been burnt with bad painters in the past. I like to rely on referrals these days.

I know of a guy here in my area but that's an even longer haul for ya.

Good luck!

I haven't personally, but the friend has and I've seen the results. He had a big desktop tower slide in his trunk and pop a big outward facing dent in the reat quarter. He smoothed it out and repainted it since it cracked a big chunk off. That was a few years ago and it's still holding up fine.
