Ya, it was a clusterfahk for awhile... but here was the problem.... The incompetent ones at City Hall gave David the wrong forms, he should have filled out an "Event schedule" instead of a "street closing" form. That way the police would have closed Main St at 4am.... But oh well.... we know now for the next event.
