Default opinions needed on brake calipers color

As the title states I have recently came upon a good deal on these Brembo calipers. These have been painted professionally with gold paint, I have some reservations of the color. I know they will pop and contrast my dark wheels and the DIB. I have sent some pics to my friends and most like the color. I have bought some OEM DIB paint and can buy some Brembo stencils or stickers. If I don't paint, if I sell the car would they be acceptable? Should I paint black, Paint DIB. What are your opinions? It would be appreciated.

Here is a similar setup the seller has on his car.

I vote for the DIB and put some white Brembo decals on... the DIB will blend with the car but the white decals will make it "pop"....

I had an orange stripe on mine to match up, so here's what I did...

If you stay with the gold, do they have decals in dark blue? Otherwise, I would agree with Dana.

I got my decals on Ebay for like $4.00 a set, and they have any color you want. I have blue decals on mine.

Blue decals on the gold or paint them blue and put white decals on them. Either way would look good, gold goes good with the DIB.

This is EXACTLY what I want to do with mine. I just wish that color-matched G2 kit wasn't $100.

And for what it's worth, I did some searches a couple months ago for pics of DIB painted calipers and this is all I could come up with:

The question you should be asking yourself is what color will give you the most horsepower?

I think that the Gold will be more subtle than you think once you get it up against the Rotor.

I like the gold but I have awful taste, at least that's what my wife seems to think. LOL
