A word of advice because I've seen several listings that said the transmission was a manual when it was in fact an automatic...verify the transmission with the interior photos if available.

I hear that....unfortunately they didn't have any pictures of that one.

the price thing is one of two things. (if used anyway)

1 they gave the PO a lot for the vehicle when they really shouldnt have but wanted the sell.

or2 the price inflated so you think you got a really good deal and talked the down when they sold it to you for what they really wanted anyway.
