Default Afghanistan

Thought I would just make a thread instead to make it easier. Here are the pictures I already posted.

Here are two new ones. Getting ready to go out to the range to let a few Rangers have some fun. We took some video and I'll get that up as soon as I can. Alan, you asked about the rate of fire...3000 rounds per minute (50 rounds per second). You'll like the video.

Impressive. Kinda odd seeing that mounted on a Toyota though.

Also it's odd how Afghanistan looks like Colorado.

Lol, I've thought the same thing looking at the pictures. Guess that tells you something about where I live.

We are contractors so we don't have military vehicles. Plus strapping it down in the back makes it easier to get people in and out to fire it, rather than crawling in a HMMWV to get in the turret.

Oh I understand the contractor thing, just odd that it's a Toyota. Would much rather see it in something cooler lol.

HAHA.......I hear that, but Toyota seems to have the NTV (Non Tactical Vehicle) market cornered with the Hilux, Tocoma and Land Cruiser

Way too cool JJ, how do they keep the thing cool at that rate of fire?

Glad to see you still representing the Mustang world. Still rocking the CSS!!

You have to cycle your rate of fire. 2-5 seconds on the trigger and 2-5 seconds off the trigger. Air platforms are easy..you have altitude, forward movement and rotor wash to move air and cool the barrels.
