according the the e-commerce law, yes we had a contract and all paperwork was started for us to buy it. I'm just not going to waste my time with a civil law suite that will take a year and travel back and forth to Florida. Besides I'm in Afghanistan for another 6 months. Screw the car and screw them. My search is starting back at the beginning now.

Just found another P51A. 81 of 151....7000 miles on it. I'm hoping the money clears by the end of next week so when I get home I can pick it up on the 26th.

JJ ,good luck man ! That is such bull**** what the dealer did to you , if you can sneak a mini gun home we can put in my truck and pay them a visit.
