Can anyone in Omaha or Lincoln paint my car?

Can anyone in Omaha or Lincoln paint my car?
I live in Lincoln, NE and the paint is chiping off my 94 mustang convertable. I would like to repaint it, preferably black or blue(its white). I don't have a lot of money but if anyone in the area paints cars will you please contact me and tell me how much you charge? There is no body damage to repair.
