Default Two tone

Need a two tone paint job done when someone gets the chance. I need to find me a better program to use. Picture is uploaded to thread, if need bigger pic let me know.

You can black out the writing and engine picture, those aren't needed. What they wanted was black on the bottom and red on the top. Starting from the top of the front bumper and ending just above the tail light area. If you want also I was thinking using the body line just above the bumper and following it too.
