Default needing a chop..if possible

i have a picture of an ex g/f that had a meet with ms paint at one point and was wondering if theres anyway to do some damage control to restore the original picture
i cant post it on here but if anybody can help lmk and ill e-mail it to you

it depends on how bad the 'meet' with paint was. as far as any programs i know that exist (unless it's some kind of super classified secret ninja program), it isn't really possible to 'restore' an image; but it is possible to 'modify' what's there and get it as close to original as possible. if you'd like, you can pm me and i can see if there is anything i can do
