Can someone do this to my car? Doesn't have to have the background, I just want the car micromachined.

pretty much that ^^^

the best way is to copy just a little 'outside' of the wheel wells, so you get a little bit of the fender. paste both the front and rear wheels separately. next, if you want to use the same background, first, shrink the width of the image to where you think looks best (usually 40% of the original size); but if you want the car only, (obviously) select just the car, then copy and paste. after the car is resized, place the front and rear wheel/fender where you think looks best, and use the eraser to clear away any unwanted parts of the original size wheels (if the eraser is set to 30% opacity, the blending will be better). and that's pretty much it; much easier than you'd think
