Selling my 70 Mach 1. I have owned it for 8 years, I am the fourth owner. The car is a 351 Cleveland car and was originally a shaker scoop car.
Options on the car included, FMX Auto, airconditioning, am/fm radio, power steering and power brakes. The cars original color was chestnut metallic . which is a dark marroon color.
only 300 Mach 1s were painted this color. Less than a hundred are registered in the Mach 1 registry.
the car is 98% complete no missing parts other than gas tank and shaker assembly.
no frame rust. there is rust in the floorboards and the bottoms of the rear quarters. the trunklid and the hood have seen better days but are intact. the interior is complete. it will need alot of work and replacing but you have all the original parts.
this car was never modified or worked.
the engine needs a complete overhaul. it does not turn over and needs to be torn down to the block.
