How will it ruin the motor? Arent the new modern wires insulated enough to put together? Ryan

I would say yes that modern wires are insulated enough BUT they should still be separated because with age (or maybe they really aren't insulated enough) they may begin to loose their insulating ability. If voltage starts to leak out I can think of lots of bad things that can happen.

I also agree that you should separate them.

for what its worth...each of those wires creates its own EMF...having them close together will create a "cross talk" situation where the EMF from 1 wire will join with the EMF of another...In this situation I dont really think it would do much. BUT... Having the wires separated also prevent cross talk as EMF is reduced exponentially by the Sq of the distance.

If your firing order ends with 7,8, the number 8 will fire at the same time as the number 7 and possibly ruin your #8 piston. Just a heads up.

4 bbl endurashine, performer rpm intake edurashine, flamethrower II chrome coil, edelbrock 10" air cleaner, other chrome/polished pieces....

Msmith (other anyone else), what are those funky braces from the firewall to infront of the shock towers? Seem pretty redundant.
