I think the tat is totally cool and appropriate since you have three Mustangs.
Only one I have is a tazmanian devil tattoo. I have kicked around getting it removed but will probably just leave it alone. Even looked into the wrecking balm or whatever that fading product is but I am kind of attached to (no pun intended) it so guess he'll stay for now.

I have a tattoo on my back about 10" tall of two feathers. I have had it since I was 10, my grandfather did it the old navajo way (tapping a spiked pen with blank ink on it with a tiny hammer).
I have considered getting one of Mr. Horsepower on my chest but it would conflict with the feathers I think.
