Gentlemen,

The purpose of the Classic Mustang Section is to discuss early generation mustang technical and related issues. This is not OT. I have been lenient on this allowing some OT but venturing too far away from technical discussions will get your threads locked or even deleted.

Please keep this section for which it is intended.

thanks

is there any way we could get a general discussion like the 5.0 guys? cause it seems a lot of people in the classic section dont like going to OT, but they still like to have some OT fun.

Yeah, I think we need something, the people down in off topic, or the OTards as the call themselves make a lot of people not like it. You can't have a good, civil off topic discussion there without it turning into a political, boobs, or relationship thread, sometimes all three in one.

+1, The ride pics thread got way out of context. I agree with the others, an OT sticky could be used here. There seems to be a more mature crowd in this section which will tend to make better conversations.

I could see an OT section within the Classic Section could be kind of a nice place to move and to discuss "questionable" topics, (like 39 Fords and such)... if, it were kept a hell of a lot more civil than the general OT by a few hard, fast, and ENFORCED rules. another OT section like the current OT section would just suck.

Without strong rules, the current "OT tards" would just run the rest of us over in the exhibition of their superior OT tactics and abilities....

yeah, i think we really need something, if not to talk about other cars, but to just vent without worrying about someone asking "tits or gtfo" im not saying its a bad section, but i have needed actually help and asked actually questions abd i didnt get anything good, but i feel that the guys in Classic could carry on a mature conversation. and we could also have some fun
