Okay guys. This isn't a Mustang, but the price staggers my imagination. It is undeniably an awesome car. I'm reading all that was done to this car, and maybe its worth it, but honestly? $245,000.00+? Is this car really worth that? Anyone? LOL

ummmm NO! Unless it can get from 0-60 in 3.something seconds. I suppose someone out there with more money than common sense would buy it but I doubt that they'll be cruising Craigslist looking for "The Car" for them....

I think its a typo and he means 24,590 which would be a fair price for that.

At first, I agreed with andrewmp6 and thought it was a typo. However, in his ad spells out two forty five thousand dollars that he has put into the car. Personally, I'll stick with my Mustang and take the quarter of a million dollars and would rather invest in a condo in Maui or Cabo.

That's what I thought too, a typo, then re-read it, and it does indeed spell out the amount! *big eyes* And notice he wants CASH ONLY! *LMAO* I BET! But yeah, I think I'd just buy a really freakin awesome Shelby, and use the rest to buy a condo somewhere!

Most of you don't know the tri5 chevys a rusted out pile of junk as long as its a 2 door is 8 grand. If the car has won a car show or anyone special built it its worth more. But what its worth and what someone will pay for it are never the same.Custom cars are hard to make money off unless your building it for someone the way they want.

Couldn't agree with you more. My brother in law bought a 57 Chevy station wagon about 20 years ago for a very little bit of money. During the course of several years he stripped in down, completed a butt load of sheetmetal repairs getting it ready for paint. He was towing it to the paint shop, stopped at a gas station to fill his truck up and this guy walked up and offered him a 5h1tload of money for it...he said he never blinked an eye...sold right on the spot. He never did tell me how much money - I didn't ask either - but he said it was a ridiculous amount of money. I know about a month later he bought a tricked out 67 Chevy II and said he had PLENTY of money left over. Sometimes it's all about being in the right place at the right time.
I had a 1962 American Rambler Convertible, I honestly had about $2000 wrapped up in the car, went to a "cruise in" and had this fella offer me $5000 for it....needless to say I was ready to walk home that night. I sold and went on to the next project...LOL! as they say, timing is EVERYTHING.
