it's understandable as i said, believe me i'm not the type of person to take peoples money and run.
as for the woman i'm still waiting to hear with whats going on, and through insurance and all that jazz for whats happening with the 87. if the state isn't going to do something to her i sure will, in my eyes it's not fair for her to walk around while i've gotta sit, albeit it's only for a while - still. she should be responsible for her actions.

I am so sorry to hear about your accident. I hope you have a
speedy recovery. My aunt was hit by a drunk driver last July
13 and she spent 89 days in the hospital. Her friend didnt make
it but she did. For 5 days it was scary but she pulled through.
Now the drunk driver is still out on bail but in two weeks we
go to court and he can get up to 14 years. He was not just
drunk, but drugs were in his system. My aunts vehicle went
airbourne and landed upside down. The man who caused this
accident will definately be sentenced. Good luck with the drunk
driver that hit you.
