Thinking of purchasing a '67
A neighbor of my moms has a 1967 coupe for sale for 2200$. I haven't had a chance to speak with the current owner but a quick glance at the car tells me the following.
The coat: Primer black, possibly hiding some rust or had the intent to paint, rust, so long as not to bad, can be delt with.
The engine, theres a 5 speed in the car, tells this car is kinda unique most classic mustangs I see are automatics
Its a small v-6 (209 I think), other than that I havent spoke with him yet.
My mom talked with him and he claims the car runs good and Imma try go test drive it tomorrow to see how it runs.
Anything I should watch for? Rust? Or something more?

If it is stock it should have an inline 6 and maybe a 4 speed if you are lucky. If it has a V6 and 5 speed find out what other mods had to be done to make it work. If you buy it and try to replace something you need to know as much as possible about a modified car. Welcome to the forums and good luck.
