Default Pointless reassembly photo #1

This just looked so nice to me I had to share it. And since we are all pretty much photo junkies on MF I figured nobody would mind. This is where I am starting the reassembly. The valance is original, the turn signals are NOS and turn signal lenses are original. The only visible items I had to replace on this car were the turn signals so I bought the New Old Stock since they could be seen. Pretty much keeps the exterior all original as far as I am concerned. Also a nice shot of the glass smooth paint job. The inside of the valance I painted myself with spray touch up paint after I took it to metal and straightened and primed it. That way the valance could be on during painting. I'll probably post more pointless reassembly shots as I go.

That's far from pointless. It's a cool picture of your car, showing others what can be done with a little work. It looks great!

exactly what I was gonna say...

The perfect chrome really stands out on that beautiful fresh paint, looks great Jim!

Keep the "pointless' photos coming! I barely even read posts, I just scroll up and down until I see pics so post um all if you got them!

The dates on those pics give good perspective. Thanks for the motivation!

I've had the car for 7 years, but don't have the 30k to get it running...
