Isn't it the same as standard spoilers? Instructions for spacing and install comes with repro units. Here's someone else's explanation.
first get the brackets that go inside the trunk, you have to use a hole saw to make the hole to mount these, they bolt on with the trunk lid bolts, then drill the holes through the lid. this is how I was able to get the correct location because no one could teel me. good luck!

Be sure to cut an access hole as mentioned in Waffle's post, then bolt it on directly to the underside of the deck lid. If you try to bolt it on through the support rib, the spoiler is heavy enough to buckle the deck lid. The hole only needs to be big enough for a socket to pass through.
This may sound obvious, but if you're doing this with the deck lid on the car, you'll be installing it with the trunk open and the lid at an angle while you are trying to position the spoiler. If it slips out of your hand while you are positioning it, the spoiler bolt will skip across your paint like a hockey skate. Take care. Good luck.
