You should be able to find one in a truck. I haven't gone to the pull-a-part about 1.5 hours away yet. They might have one.

Most of them are EFI also, so it would be power + fuel injection. Bore it .020 over and you have a I6 302.

There's a guy with a turbo Fairlane 250ci at the FordSixforums and he dyno'd at 502 lb/ft of torque, I believe the number was.

Also, that 211 horsepower (227 torque) figure was obtained from a carb running a weak 11.13 air/fuel ratio. More tuning and who knows . .

I might be upgrading the dizzy soon. Looking at a newer 200 dizzy or a 250 dizzy with a working vacuum advance.

I might buy it sometime this week. I am going with ignition module. So the pertronix might be up for sale soon. Got to convince my dad to buy it since I don't have an ebay account.

Oh, yeah, if money is no object, yeah the aussie engines would be great (heh, I the one who suggested that for BA in the first place.).

I would consider doing it too if I ever had a second Mustang. Maybe an Aussie Turbo 6 with that independant rear suspension kit I posted earlier. (money growing on trees)
