It all depends on where you live. Here, Fed Ex is by far the best and UPS will destroy your package.

Well, who knew...

Yesterday they tell me they are returning it to the shipper. I call and read them the riot act and only get attitude in reply. So then I e-mailed and told them I am literally telling thousands of folks how bad their "service" sucks.

Today....the package shows up? And thankfully it is in one piece even.

I wonder what exactly those people are smoking.

On the plus...I have a project next time I get a couple hours to work on the car. I am so sick of undercoating I could throw up but it is a good project that needed to be done, it's super cheap to do also while I am saving parts money for my engine build.

I have been using both for years (UPS and FedEX). UPS seems to be nicer to their employees, as many FedEX employee I see seem to be pissed at everything. Happy employees means better service.

Fed Ex does do pretty good, considering how many packages they deliver everyday. I did have some custom valve stems ordered and wanted them on before I had to leave on Monday, supposed to be here on Friday. The driver "lost" them on his truck but found them and delivered them Monday. Now I have to wait two weeks and the rear end is on jack stands with the wheels on the floor, awaiting silly little valve stems.

We always ship with UPS or DHL. Last time something came by Fedex it was delivered at our house at 10 p.m.
