I had a deadbeat ebay seller in CA not send me the speakers I ordered. It was fairly easy to get a refund through paypal. Go to the resolution center and file a claim. It takes a few weeks, so do it now while you continue down the path you are on. If he ends up sending them, you can always drop the case, otherwise you will get your money back.

Yeah, she was pretty worn out when I got it too. The bearings were dark gray/black and the heads were cracked. She's a new woman now.

Mark, I have been thinking the same thing, just to cover myself. I read through their dispute page and I should be eligible. If everyone thinks they are eligible think again, there are requirements and luckily I met them, or think I do. I will start the dispute today.

Yes, I heard. What a terrible tragedy. If they catch the SOB they should hang them in public, after they skin him alive and burn his flesh with a weed burner.

UPDATE:

I was contacted by Chawn Anderson on 4-6-09, seller, and was told that he was out of town. He told me an employee was supposed to send the tires but did not. He said he would send the tires the following day which should have been Tuesday the 7th. Unfortunately, I have been getting the run-around ever since. He will not send me a tracking number. I cannot understand how this guy has a 100% feedback.

No response from this guy. I have e-mailed him almost every day without any response. At least he can say, "I ripped you off and you will never see your tires or money ever again" I asked Scott to pay him a visit. If that does not work I will try and collect my money from pay-pal and then send over the goon squad.
