Any correlation between plant built and DSO?
Hard to explain that just in a title, but here's the deal:
My 65 Coupe is missing all its tags (haven't been digging for the build sheet yet, fingers crossed). It's driver's door has been swapped.
I know my car is San Jose.
Made me curious to know if the plants shipped all over the country or did they stick to regional DSOs?
(In other words, a San Jose car would rarely go to Maine as Dearborne would have lower shipping costs.)

FWIW, my '65 coupe was from Dearborn and the '65 fastback from San Jose. Both DSO 71, Los Angeles. I'd venture to guess that SJ cars probably didn't make it to east coast and Metuchen probably didn't make it west.
