Lets see, I've received a total of seven replies to my question of swapping the inlet and outlet heater hoses.. Three were "That's Stupid", four were " Well, I did mine....". Apparently, this is not the technical forum that I though it would be so, I'm off to the cyber-world and see if I can get a straight answer to my question. Don't bother replying as I am deleting my registration to this useless forum.
I'll just be annoying by saying if you do swap the hoses, you might want to take the time and check to see if you need a coolant flush after a little while. Who knows what could come dislodged from an old heater core when you reverse the flow after 40 years.
See...now if he would have posted in the tech section..he'd have gotten an answer and been a happy camper. but noooooo he had to go and post in the general discussion section....
