Ford was very specific about routing, so that air and debris would not become trapped in the heater core.

Fuel delivery, heater, PCV, and all vacuum lines are all braided SS.
I did the swap at the firewall (heater core) including the vacuum operated inlet valve. Works great and looks much cleaner. There is a slight difference between the size of the inlet and outlet tubing but some bunting around the smaller of the two fixed that. Using 3/4" braided hose for both runs.

when I figure out how to post a pic of the engine compartment, I will.
