Default 1968 427 fastback almost finished. Videos of first drive!

It's been a while since I've posted so I wanted to update on my 68 fastback project. I's been under construction for almost 6 years and I've been planning it and accumulation parts for about 15 years. It has an all aluminum 427 tunnel port, twin holley 4 barrel carbs, NASCAR toploader 4 speed and 9" 4:11 rear. I did a complete rotissorie restoration on the body, added shelby style fiberglass panels and painted it whimbledon white with guardsman blue stripes. I thought it was finished completely and I took it for it's maiden drive the other day but I discovered some problems I need to address before driving it again. I also discovered it was only running on 7 cylinders, the number two plug wire was off, lol.
I'll try to attach a link to the videos. Let me know what you think.

Very nice!!! I heard it break up a certain points. If it's just a plug wire off, then I would be happy.

That is just awesome! I wish a 427 would fit in my 65. There is always some little details to work out after you get it running for the first time. Hopefully the plug wire is all the problem was.

Love the sound of that big block. Glad to see you back on the site. Was wondering how your project was going.

I should have all the known issues worked out in the next week or two and then I'll put it back on the road and see how it does. I'm hoping to get it out to a few shows this year.
