Default Had an Idea for Exhaust...

I think alot of different things and some of them are just plain out there and unfounded... LIKE THIS ONE!

OKay... I was looking at the Shelby Cobra FIA

And noticed the quad Glasspacks And started thinking... I like the sound of glasspacks... BUT I also like the sound of Flowmasters... And... This is my Idea...

Cherrybombs have a somewhat Raspy sound. and Flowmasters have a Deep rumble. What if from the header you put a Y-pipe on each, and ran on each side... a Cherrybomb and another muffler of your choice. I know to compensate for the adding of another two pipes, you would have to have a specific size for optimum performance... And you could go with a Triple H or a Double H and an X pipe.... I know it's pretty rediculous but still... I wonder what it would sound like!. I know they would have to be spaced evenly to fit right...

But I wonder what it would sound like...
Just for Poops and Giggles, Any Pro/Con? lol

*forgive my crappy MSpaint skills, but you get the idea*

Hah that's kind of a neat idea, but it would be great if the exhaust came from a single header pipe on each side and later split off to each muffler, though it seems that would create a v6-like sound?.

an expensive Option! CUSTOM header where instead of a 4 to one bank... 4 to 2 bank for each pipe! instead of a y pipe off the header...

BUT that would cost to much for custom headers... unless you had the money But My idea is for use with basic aftermarket headers...

Canary, Like one pipe that towards the end went to a split? like... Like non-true duals, but on both sides?

Looks like 250 lbs of pipe. I'm sure it sounds great, though.

I've read Aluminum melts at exhaust tempratures coming from the engine.
