I saw that a few days ago wandering around on craigslist, it seems a little fishy. I could be a Dynacorn body but seems way too cheap considering the shell alone costs 15k. Some states don't like to title them as real cars because of a VIN issues but I know MI is one state more than happy to title the new classics.

But sounds like something missing/filed off/washed.

Even though there may be nothing wrong with the car, a car with no title is nearly useless in most states. Getting that thing titled and legal to drive would be a serious pita.
