Question 67 351c =)

Hello all! My buddy and I are rebuilding a 67 and we were smart enough to stuff a 351c 2v under the hood. We've had some issues, duh, but we've got two questions I'm hoping that someone out there can answer: We've got the four speed top loader and we're having clearance problems with the headers and the clutch linkage. Short of custom headers, is there anybody that makes something for this?
Someone said something in here about an easy way to install the clutch return spring (7534), or not using it at all???

I've gotten some advice but more is always helpful... Thanx!
