Default Boss 9 (557) project finished (pics)

We were able to debut the car at Good Guys Show in Bowling Green KY and came away with Best Ford in a Ford award. Had a great time.
Here are some finished pics.

I really love all the work done on that Boss, but I have a question that I hope you won't take as criticism.

The front suspension looks like it's too far inboard, almost like a 60's drag car. With the Black on Black in the pic, I can't tell if that's the case. That said, what front suspension did you use?

Default Front end

These pictures were actually taken before I had the front end aligned so the tires were more in than they are now. The front end is a Heidts unit and the initial set up was pretty far off when I got it to the shop.

A good friend of mine dropped over last night and we spent about 4 hours setting up the Heidts 4 link rear. This is the first 4 link I've dealt with and the friend of mine has set up race cars for years.

The car sits a bit lower in the back now and the front tires sit better in the fenders.

Of course no one was suppose to notice...............

That car is awesome! Congrats on the trophy. After contemplating it for well over a year I've decided to paint my 69 black. You just can't go wrong with black. Unless you're driving it daily. Hard to keep clean.

LOVE that car! Gotta clean the drool off my keyboard now. Is that console a custom built piece or something that was adapted from another car?

What an intersting cage too. How is that setup, I really like how it does not interfere with the doors.

Thats a mean looking Mach 1, it looks awesome! Great work.

Where did you get the Magnum 500 center caps that are taller/thicker like that? I don't remember seeing them before.
