Default What type of media blasting should I use for my 1967 mustang?

I've read various articles on soda, sand, glass bead, walnut, etc blasting but based on these pictures what sort of media blasting would you recommend?

Thanks.

To remove paint you use soda, to remove rust you use coarser media like sand or slag, to clean electrical parts like motors you use walnut shells, to clean metal parts like intakes or other engine/suspension/small stuff you use glass bead.

If you are just removing paint and limited rust, dont use sand. If its as rusty as my 71 or the 65 GTO, then sand on the rusty spots and soda on the rest.
