Question power steering

anyone use Borgeson power boxes? https://www.borgeson.com/xcart/home.php?cat=104
looks to be a little cheaper than power rack n pinion like tcp or flamin river.

i looked at the web site and they dont give much detail but i would be very interested to find out how it works also. i have power steering now and with all new suspension bushing and a fresh alignment, it is still like hurding cattle going down the road. guess my gear box is worn.
