Default Sagging door

Getting around to Mustang projects again. The drivers door sags considerably.
I aligned the door and fender for proper gap when closed. Looks good and hasn't moved but I think i need to replace the hinge or put in a properly sized bushing.
Has anyone on here done the bushing Method? I can do that without actually taking the hinge off the car.

The bushings are easy to replace but once you remove the pin, which you have to do to get to the bushings, the door will no longer be attached to the car. At least attached at that hinge point. Probably will need to remove the door, remove both pins, remove the bushings, install bushings, pins, and install door. This will probably take care of that problem.
