Whats my car worth
#11
I think your car is very clean. I would list it for $25,000 and see what happens. If someone gives you $20,000 I would take it.
The trouble is that it's just a plain coupe like mine and they made so many of them and no matter how much you invest in the car, it's hard to recoup your investment.
That being said, that is why I built my car the way I wanted it and will enjoy it and get my use out of it.
I would keep it myself.
Good luck.

Well, I hate to be "That guy" but the motor really does not add a huge amount of value IMHO,but the dash is still cut, the steering wheel is a a grant and it's still a T code coupe, all be it a very nice one. I did not see any underside pics or serious resto-mod work to justify some of the amounts thrown around in here?
With the current state of the unions economic woes I would put it in the mid teens at best. I would look at the results from Mecum auctions over the last few months to get an accurate number, but 20K buys a lot of car right now and like many buyers I tend to look at the VIN first, then the underside.

I hate to say it but right now 8k to 10k is all it will bring. To a collector the vin hurts it and the old car market is in the can its flooded with peoples toys cheap trying to pay there bills.Cars that where bringing 10k are around 5k right now if you look hard enough.

Nice car. I'd estimate in the 10K range. If you are trying to sell it, list it in the wants ads section, not in the tech section. I will have to delete the thread if this becomes an ad. Sorry... da rules.

Very nice and clean car from what I can see in the pics! Nice job! Too bad you have to sell it.....
I can see that selling for $15K, maybe $16K-$17K, if you are patient and find the right buyer. You will never get out what you put in it, but I'm sure you know that. It really doesn't matter to the buyer how much the paint job costs or how much the engine has in it. All that matters is how much the car costs. If you can get anything over $15K is bonus. Too bad you are selling. I'd hang onto it if possible. Now isn't a good time to sell a car like that and expecting to get premium bucks for it.
If you're looking to sell it quickly, you'll have to expect around $10K. The only negative about that car as far as value goes, is that it's a coupe. If it was a fastback, sure, you'd get $25K+.
