I am at a loss of words. You're cars are absolutely beautiful! I think that has got to be my favorite!

What company made your 67 shelby style hood for your 66?

Looking to get the same one from:

It was some random marina (who's name I can't remember) that was making them and selling them on ebay for a time. Their seller ID hasn't been active for several years now.

Does yours have a steel frame by chance? All the places that I've found don't make them with frames and I'm hesitant on buying one without.

Is yours the same way?

Beautiful collection of cars by the way!

Edit: Just checked out your website and I'm guessing the hood doesn't have a frame. Do you have any issues with fit or getting the hood to lay flat?

Thanks!

It has a frame. I actually used it for a couple days without pins because I didn't want 'that' look....but even with the frame it moved to much and flexed to much for comfort. Even with the light springs over time it started to arch up in the middle, so I just don't keep the springs in it. I keep them in the glovebox and pop them into the hinge when I open it. Fit was fine....loosened up the front end parts a little a tweaked everything for the best fit but it wasn't much.

Damn, that 68/67 is sweet! When I retire, that is going to become my new project car.
