Exclamation 1968 coup 91 Tbird drive train

hello, welcome and thank you for reading this post I have a 1968 Mustang ( none fast back none rag top ) stock 4 lug but I also have a 91 Tbird 5 lug that I want to use for the Drive train for my Mustang

so to brake it down.. I would want to use the 5 lug front axles and rear axles in my 68 Mustang she is a Project car I got for 200 bucks I am from the UK but I live in the USA ( 10 years now ) and as a kid all I did was buy Mustang car kits and when I found her ( jazzabell) is her name and I was given a 91 T bird that I no longer need but the axles are good and I want to change the Drum to the Disk of the 91 for better Brakes and the fact that I always believe that mustangs should come in 5 lug Not 4 lol..so my Question is this..

do I need to alter or change the Mustang to get the 5 lug to fit in both front and rear also what work am I looking at doing ( I am not afraid to get dirty and I also have some wielding skill ) so please if some one can give me any Advice for this I would forever be in your debit..

ok thanks for the heads up I may just turn her into a Drag car ( I was thinking of doing it to the mustang but I will just give her some light upgrades ) can anyone please give a link to a good place where I can get 68 Mustang parts OEM or aftermarket I don't care I have a few bookmarked and I check them out its just the Axel swap has be confused I don't want to stick with her Stock inline 6 she came with ( 200 ) I pulled that out about 2 days after I got her and I want to drop a 351 in her and give her a little bit more vava voom under the Hood ( most of my friends are chevy Drivers and rag on me for having fords ) and well there is a Nova begging to be whip in the tail by a ford and this is why I want to convert her from a 4 to a 5 also 5 lug rims are easier to get than 4 I will post some pictures of her ( please note she is a project and does not run nor is all there she is missing a lot of stuff but I have high hopes for her..)

her Vin states she is a True 68 from cali and was a inline 6 with auto trans

The front to 5 lug is kinda easy http://www.discbrakeswap.com/ just buy a disc brake kit for it he offers 3 kits for power or not the middle kit is the factory 4 piston calipers get tho.Only thing else in the front is v8 springs, the rear you gotta change out the rear end its a 7.25 you need a 8inch or 9 inch. For a rear end that bolts in 67-70 mustang or cougar will do.There is a few online mustang junkyards http://www.mustangbarn.com/ http://www.mustangmasters.com/ http://www.perogie.com/Rears.htm for parts http://www.mustangdepot.com/ http://www.mustangsplus.com/xcart/home.php http://www.mustangsunlimited.com/Default.asp http://www.npdlink.com/ anything you can't find on those you need let me know.
